Congratulations Senpai Sean for attaining the rank of Shodan (1st Dan)!
Sean Asuncion currently holds the rank of Shodan. He has started his training at the age of 24 and has been with FSKA for 5 years. Despite starting at a later age than most, Sean knew that he had to work that much harder to make up for it. Despite working full time, he's always made time for Karate and was fortunate to receive direct tutelage from Sensei Richard over the course of his training and hasn't stopped since, competing in the Black Belt division ever since he was a Blue Belt. Sean has aspirations to become a Sensei and open up a dojo of his own.
Congratulations Senpai Alan for attaining the rank of Nidan (2nd Dan)!
Alan Olmos currently holds the rank of Nidan (2nd Dan). He has been training with FSKA for over 7 years along with his daughter Jasmine who recently became 1st Dan. Alan has dabbled into Aikido, Shorin Ryu and Kajukenpo at a younger age. He enjoys the health benefits and self defense aspects of karate. Alan is a helicopter pilot and worked at the Honolulu Police Department for over 29 years.
